can cherry shrimp outproduce hydras?

Can cherry shrimps out-breed normal (non green) hydras if I suck them up in weekly water changes? Will cherry shrimp babies live with feeder (identified as endler's) guppies and glowlignt tetras is java moss is provided?

won't out compete hydra since they are almost filter feeders and will be able to survive on random catching of the particulate in the water.

.... I'm probably drunk.

This is how I lurk

I think the post was worded badly, will cherry shrimp be able to reproduce into a colony despite predation from hydra? The hydra will be sucked out by the gravel vac weekly
