i currently have a blue lobster about 3 inches long in my malwi tank but i want to move it to my community tank as the malawi cichlids have pulled it claws off, would this be ok to do?
Most fish are too fast for the blue lobster, but if you have bottom feeders such as cories, the lobster might try something. If it is missing both claws though I wouldn't imagine it could do much real damage.
Once it gets it's claws back it will go after any fish it can catch. Most fish are fast enough to avoid it but they can sneak up on them and eat them at night.
I hope the claws grow back, I know they should. If you would, run a little diary of the stages of growth so others can see it, if you can get pictures and post them. I am sure others would like to see it, not to mention myself.

I would definitely be interested in seeing pics of the stages as well.
