so i jus' got 2 bamboo shrimp...

1 shed his skin and turned a bright red, but thts normal right?

well i really love them and was wondering if u'd give some tips?

hi
they are filter feeders.they catch food in the little fans
that are there hand.
if you have a plant near to the filter they will probably
stay there as they will catch the little particals in the water from
the out flow if the filter.they will walk the floor of the aquarium
to stift the floor,however this makes them easy prey
and they could be eaten.
fab creature to watch.

I have 2 that are almost adults now (almost 4"!) plants work but theyll prefer something more rigid, my advice is get some driftworrd and prop it as high up as you can near the strongest current available.

Yes when they molt theyll turn bright red (in 100% optimal conditions theyll be as red as you can get them for as long after molting as you can get them)

And you probabally know already but if you see them wandering around on the bottom scouring the substrait for food theyre hungry, try some target feeding when theyre filtering, or else those fans will get worn down and theyll starve.
