Welcome to TFK, Garrett! What size tank are you going to set up?
Do you have any pics you'd like to share? Of your cats, the gecko...we love pics.

If you don't stand up for something you'll fall for anything...

so id share some pics but the darn uploader was being a bit finicky... n e way Tori and Anni are going to be 3 soon they are our cats and Ofillia of gecko will be 6 soon!!! ill get some pics up soon!

we are going to set up a 55 gal... i just found out tonight that petco is having a sale on tanks from 10 to 55 gal for $1 per gal!!! plus i have read on a few pages that as a beginner you should ideally go with a tank with a larger surface area for oxygenation purposes (???)... either way we've both been reading up and are really excited!

welcome,welcome :)
hope you decide to stay.

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.

Something we all need to remember: The fish you've acquired was quite happy not being owned by you, minding its own business. If you’re going to take it under your wing then you’re responsible for it. Every aspect of its life is under your control, from water quality and temperature to swimming space. [Nathan Hill in PFK]
