i have worm problems as well.i like using hot water to clean the filter, nets and other thing i put in the tank.during wc i siphon out all the worm i can see swimming in the tank.i also change the filter media every once in a while as they contain worm would be wise to use gloves as you wouldn't want a parasite inside for medication i only use one type per time and do not mix different products.

Hello and welcome to TFK, sorry that you are having problems with your fish right now. If you haven't looked in the fw disease section I would suggest looking at the sticky which has common fish diseases and gives info on treatment, from browsing through that awhile back if I remember right I had seen something about camallarus worms there. Good luck with your tank.

looks like you are in very good hands.

when you set up a new tank,hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor,that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.
