Hello and welcome to the fourm

Congrats on your successful cycling so far. Platys will constantly drop fry but will also eat them if given the opportunity. That's nature for you.

As for navigating the forum, we should be able to direct you to any threads that are specific to your questions so ask away when you need assistance.

Animal testing is a terrible idea; they get all nervous and give the wrong answers.

Thanks in advance!
I use a lettuce clip - if you tear it up and toss in the lettuce you will have it floating all over the tank. You can use slices of cucumber, zuchinni, and also spinach leaves in the lettuce clip. All of my fish enjoy nibbles of these veggies. I hope this info helps.

As far as peas i buy a small bag of cheap peas/carrots. I take a 3 or 4 peas and microwave on defrost for a few seconds, then "pop" them out of the shell split them in 1/2 and throw them into my tank. My fishes love this treat.

Welcome!
