New member who was given a never used 30 gallon tall tank with a custom stand. I am in the process of getting everything set up and look forward to hearing the wisdom from the veterans. A very cool site!!

Welcom Reel Gator.
Make sure you cycle that new tank before you add fish!! Or use lots of live plants to help neutralize the NitrAte cycle.

hello and welcome, and goodbye to your wallet.

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.
