Here are some more photos. FYI the tank is empty and a mess because im about to move them to a bigger/better tank in 2 days. 1 oscar is not shown he swims around to much to get a good photo.

This photo does not do justice on how amazing this one looks.. Love his white on blue.

This guy is a little over 1Ft the other one is just as big

Here's a close up

Heres a video on how used to have it.

those Oscars are sick man..... is it necessary to feed them live goldfish or whatever that was? I know in the wild thats what they would eat, but in captivity will they not accept some form of manufactured food?

Total drool over that tank, if only I had the space.....

Peace always..

If you worry you die, and if you don't worry you still die..... so why worry?

Thanks guys. I feed them "feeder fish" only once a week usually on Wednesday's.. And feed them "hikari cichlid gold pellets" twice a day. And every 3 days or so I'll throw in 3-4 frozen brine shrimp cubes if I have some. I just think feeding them pellets would be like us eating McDonald everyday, so I mix it up to try and keep them on a nice healthy diet.

I have made up my mind. The 240 gal is going to be turned into a lake tanganyika aquarium. I rather have a bunch of beautiful bright colors and assorted cichlids from that lake then big fish.
