I'm eager to get help from all of you for help on deciding on what to get as far as salt or fresh. I'm am 57 and had numerous fresh tanks. I do travel weekly. Getting divorced and need a hobby again. Always enjoyed fresh but look for something new to try. Looking foreword to your help and advise.

Welcome! I only have/have had freshwater tanks, so I'm not sure which is easier, but I think a lot of people would say freshwater is. I think salt is a lot more maintenance of chemistry, etc.

welcome, good luck with your new hobby!

What makes you say that. As I was told it isn't that much different from salt

How long after adding coral does it take to add your fish (of course salt)

You'll need someone you know and trust with your fish to keep things right while you're gone so much. Salt if by far more work. I've done both. My salt adventure was YEARS ago but I'll never forget how labor intensive it is.
