im somewhat new and hope to learn ALOT more..

i just recently bred platys and guppies which was pretty cool and have had all kinds of cichlids but am now more interested in the bigger fish... if anyone knows where to get an electric eel please help! thanks! and cant wait to learn more on here! :)

Welcome to TFK, KERR. Are you sure you have (or want) the space for an Electric Eel? Four feet plus as an adult AND requires a 300 gl tank?
There's so much more interesting fish, IMHO anyway. What tanks do you have set up now?

THANKS! I want something different and cool.. i was also looking at african tiferfish but there soo expensive. and im getting a 200 gallon hopefully by christmas, but any suggestions and really cool fish would be appreciated

whats up chief...welcome...this is the place for info ...hope you find your eel...i have never seen any one who has properly set up and maintained an electric eel...it is something i would like to see in a home aquarium...now electric catfish thats a differnt story....keep us posted ....ADIOS....
