I have never seen a common pleco sold in aus, I don't think they allowed! The only big fish I seen are:
- Aussie Awo.
- cichilds
- sailfish pleco (cost a lot)
- gaint gourami
- koi
- tinfoil barbs
And others i can think of! :)

the aquarium place i go to has a pleco that's fairly big.....at least a 1/4 of a 3 foot tank...not sure if that's big though....i've seen decent sized fish in some aquariums in the western suburbs....

i wonder if the sailfish plec,is the same as our plec over here,
our ones get very big....and poop a great deal, which if you have live plants
isn't a bad thing,as it will be good for the plants.

i'm waiting patently for picks..........................actually i can't wait patently................
where's the pictures...................your killing me here

Wow, it is awesome! LOVE IT!
Tanks looks super cute, but beware of the the danios, they have been known to jump, so floating plants and/or a lid is ideal! Other wise, perfect!

i'm pretty chuffed with the overall result....added a few more danios (albinos) today and at the end of next week, the final addition......a ram!!!!
