Smile "Hey there" from South Africa.

Hi,

I started keeping fish when I was about 8 years old. I was walking through the shopping centre with my father and I saw the pet shop. My father said we could go in and have a look. Guess what caught my eye! A little Blood Red Siamese Fighting Fish. My father saw me taking an interest and said, "You know how I look after my Oscar and I think you're ready for your own fish". Well, I was over the moon! I left the pet shop with my little SFF and a little snail.

Since then I've gone through quite a few types of fish, ranging from cichlids to catfish. My chichlid tank was the worst. It seemed a chain of cannibalism started in that tank.

Well all I can say is I am very happy to know there are a lot of other people out there that love and enjoy their fish and I am privileged to own such a species.

Right, I now need help on a particular problem(to do with breeding) and would like to know where I can post a new thread about it. Thanks.

Fishy Regards,

Hello and welcome to the forum

There is a section for Fish Breeding where you can post your thread. Go to the main page, scroll down to Freshwater Fish & Aquariums, you'll see the Fish Breeding section under that.
