Hello from the other side of the atlantic ocean

Hello,

my name is Axel, i live near Stuttgart (Germany) and my favorite fishes are south-american characins. i love them so much, because they are in so many different spezies, colourful, peaceful.

I have 3 fish-tanks:
112 Ltr. (29.5 USgal.) - Inpaichtys kerri
160 Ltr. (42.2 USgal.) - Paracheirodon innesi, Hemigrammus pulcher
300 Ltr. (79.5 USgal.) - Hyphessobrycon herbertaxelrodi, Hyphessobrycon pulchripinnis, P. altispinosus

I have been looking for the roberts-tetra (H. bentosi), but it seems to be very rare in the hobby.

Greetings

Axel

Something we all need to remember: The fish you've acquired was quite happy not being owned by you, minding its own business. If you’re going to take it under your wing then you’re responsible for it. Every aspect of its life is under your control, from water quality and temperature to swimming space. [Nathan Hill in PFK]
