Hello from the Gulf Coast

Hello, new to this forum, old to many others.

Background information might be boring and TMI... basically, my tank is a 12g Eclipse in my Fish Bathroom. The only real residents are the fish, the bathroom's only been used once. Only water is ever used as a cleaner, anywhere.

It was fishlessly cycled in November, stocked in December, taken down and bleach bombed in January, and recycled (using the established bacteria) and restocked sometime in February.

I have some strange illnesses I feel I've never gotten the hang of, and believe me, I've tried everything. Still I haven't had too many losses... though almost all of my neons have some type of sickness, I've only lost 1 to wedging behind the filter, and 2 to what I guess was NTD. (Although they never did die on me, they gradually worsensed until the time came to euthanize, loss of quality of life, etc.) I lost my first dwarf gourami to ich. I lose one Oto to... just giving up and not eating on me, and I lost one in a filter impeller accident.

That was months and months ago. Out of 13 Neons, I have 10.

Anyway, I'm really interested in getting as many sources for ideas as I can, and besides, I love the interweb, water changes, and nobody I know likes fish (they all hate mine because of how much work and worry I put into it), so it's not like I have anyone else I can talk to, about fish!

Still searching for answers.

I'm ready for the pressure.
The drama and the pleasure!
If there is one thing I want to see here, it's HUMOR.
I believe I can fly!
I believe I can touch the sky!
I think about it every night and day!
I stand in awe of my body.
