Try standing back a bit. Seems to help. Also put the pictures onto the computer and open them up there before deleting them. I've had a few pictures look like junk on the camera but come out nicely when opened on the computer.

hello and welcome :)

when you set up a new tank,hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor,that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.
