Hello all :)

Hello everybody :) I'm new here, and somewhat new to fish keeping. I'm Allison and from Tennesseee. I've got a lot of random critters, plus my three gallon (with a baby betta) and 20 gallon that I'm cyling right now. The 20 gallon has a female betta in there at the moment, and I'm still undecided on what else is going in there haha.
I had fish when I was like 13, so I've had fish before, I just wasn't doing it right.
Thats pretty much it for me. I look forward to being part of this forum

Welcome to the forum! Bettas are wonderful beginners fish!

I have some in a 25 gallon. You can keep them with guppies, some tetras, swordtails, platies, Cory cats, and a few other fish.

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.

Something we all need to remember: The fish you've acquired was quite happy not being owned by you, minding its own business. If youíre going to take it under your wing then youíre responsible for it. Every aspect of its life is under your control, from water quality and temperature to swimming space. [Nathan Hill in PFK]
