Hello guys,
I am new to the forum, and recently I stocked my 180 litre fish tank! :) I went through the fishless cycles and the current water parameters are as follows : PH 7 , NITRATES 40~ , Nitrite 0, Carbon Hardness 80 ppm (mg/l) , the water in my area is relatively high and the GH is around 160 ppm (mg/l) and the Amonia is currently on 0. The dimensions of the tank are 101 x 41 x 50 cm

I am a beginner when it comes to tanks, I had previous experience with fish tanks when I was younger but I never actually did it properly, until now. I try to carry out a lot of research before making changes to the aquarium , and often get information from aquatic store staff, which I realised isn't always honest and helpful.

I had added fishes to my tank, of course I didn't place all of the fishes at once, i did it in gradual steps.
I currently have 26 fishes in total and they are as follows.

6 Male Guppies
4 Mollies , one female and three males ( I've been told by the staff at the store that it shouldn't be a problem, but not sure if thats actually true)
4 swordtails two male and two females
12 neon tetras

I have a question to all of you out there on the forum, about the mollies and sword tails, whether I should get more females and whether it wouldn't be too much for my aquarium? I had carried out research and the guppies seem to do alright in a group with all males, and from my observation the look healthy and fine and don't seem to be aggressive or bother each other much. I had also noticed that after few days the neon stopped schooling, and that they don't often school together anymore and wonder around the tank in pairs or solo, but they seem to be fine and they also eat well, so I don't know if thats something to worry about.

I am looking forward to hearing from you guys ! :)

What will happen is all your males are going to be chasing that one female and weather they mean to or not they may end up killing her ): Unless I have 6 females I only keep one male to be on the safe side. Mollies are one of my favorite fish tho, I currently have 4 in my tank, 1 male and 3 females and they all have names XD. Guppies are a completely different fish, I currently have 3 Males and they all get along very well. As far as the tetras go I wouldnt know. I have three in my tank but they where given to me and I haven't done much research on them besides sexing them.
