Hello, my name is Katy. I found this website on Google, and I joined it with a purpose of asking questions about my fishtank.
Except it wont let me discuss my aquarium issues on here, and I don't know where to ask my question!!!

Right now you are in the "meet the community" forum.
Look at the banner at the top of the page... User CP, then Fish Profiles, then Aquarium Log, well right under that you will see this:
Tropical Fish Keeping - Aquarium fish care and resources » The Fish Forum Community » Meet the Community » Hello :)

that is the list of screens it took you to get here to this page. go back by clicking on one of these to see other posts and subjects. I know it's very confusing at first but you will get the hang of it. and there is a section somewhere on here on how to do everything!!
Don't worry we won't bite!!

Thank you :)
My guppy had babies, and at first I thought they were glo fish babies because I have two glofish and only one guppy, but once they got a little bigger I noticed they had the guppy's tail, shaped like the guppy, and my guppy looked rounder, and has been next to the breeding tank at all times.
My question is, can a glofish fertalize guppy eggs?

Well I can't answer that one but I have read on here that we can buy Guppies already pregnant of course but they can also hold/or store fertilized eggs for a long time, long after no male is present, thus having babies out of range of any male. Someone correct me if I'm wrong!! How long have you had this female?

I dont think glofish can mate with guppies, as glofish are danios (i think, correct me if I am wrong), while the guppies are livebearers.

Jakiebabie is right, that a female guppy can have a couple of fry groups without another male in the tank as long as she was exposed to a male guppy within a time period before (forgot the time period, but it is like months or something like that).

Welcome to TFK!!!
