Hello from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada!

My name is Greg. I was an avid fishkeeper a few years back and had a 180 gallon planted community tank, two 75 gallon tanks (cichlids in one, angels in the other), a 50 gallon planted community tank and a 20 gallon fry tank, all at the same time!

For one reason or another my wife and I sold them all off. I missed them like crazy and after four years of being away from it we just got back into it with a 60 gallon. New plants are in, angels are in and I built a canopy and installed a dual flourescent light controller.

Pictures coming soon. :)

I'm really looking forward to being back into the game.

hello and welcome.
pictures with no prompting....................
can't wait.

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.

Welcome to the forum! With a little encouragement (read: pestering) you'll have a fish tank collection to rival your previous one in no time!

Something we all need to remember: The fish you've acquired was quite happy not being owned by you, minding its own business. If you’re going to take it under your wing then you’re responsible for it. Every aspect of its life is under your control, from water quality and temperature to swimming space. [Nathan Hill in PFK]
