Hello There- really nice looking botia kubotia. Do you have room for maybe 4 more of the same so he can have some buddies? Loaches are so much happier & more entertaining when kept in groups! (Can you tell that I LOVE loaches??)

Nice looking tanks and welcome aboard!

If you don't stand up for something you'll fall for anything...

hello and welcome. :)
wow!! you have some lovley looking setups there.

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.

Although I have had the Botia for some time I just recently became aware of their need to be in groups. I am now actively looking for more of them but need large ones so they do not become Jurenese food...

I wish I had room for one more group myself and if I did it would be the botia kubotia. I've got a herd of yo-yos & a herd of clowns and they are a constant source of amusement. I plan on upgrading to a 200 and when I do I'll finally be able to get my polka dots!

Glad you joined our group and looking forward to hearing more from you!

Thanks for the welcomes! BTW my catfish often eats goldfish backwards like that, quite unusual...
