Greetings from the Mile High city!

My name is Rachel and I am 18 years old living in Colorado. A little about myself, I'm a tattoo artist, also in cosmetology school and I am OBSESSED with fish keeping.
Well, getting into how I got started with tanks is a very long story. Gave it up for a while and got back into it about six or seven months ago.
The tanks and stocks I have right now are:
A 2.5 gallon snail breeding tank
A 10 gallon shrimp/bumble bee goby tank
A 55 gallon tank which has: 3 amazon puffers, a 6" peacock eel, 3" black ghost knife. I plan to add a few others, not sure exactly what yet.
I will be posting a lot of stuff so please, join in!

Hello Rachel

Welcome to TFK. You'll find lots more people who are fishy obsessed here LOL.

Animal testing is a terrible idea; they get all nervous and give the wrong answers.

Welcome. Just to help you around the place a bit...check out the "Tropical Fish Profiles" tab at the top of the page. Lots of good reference material to peruse

Hi Rachel, and welcome to Tropical Fish Keeping forum.

Something we all need to remember: The fish you've acquired was quite happy not being owned by you, minding its own business. If you’re going to take it under your wing then you’re responsible for it. Every aspect of its life is under your control, from water quality and temperature to swimming space. [Nathan Hill in PFK]

Hi Rachel, welcome to TFK. We are glad to have you join us. I know I usually always ask to see FTS (full tank shots) but do you have any pics of your tatoo work? Would love to see some.

If you don't stand up for something you'll fall for anything...
