Figured I would say hi.

I have been quietly reading over the past couple weeks and decided to finally sign up. I was recently given a modest 10 gal tank after not having fish for many years. My daughter has fallen in love with fihs when we go to the pet store for our cats so I decided to give a tank a try again. So far no fish, I have just begun to cycle it. I know for sure that I will be adding a few Neon Tetras, and working on finding other fish that may work well in this small of a tank (Suggestions would be GREAT) I have also thought about attempting live plants

Welcome to the forum! Your 10gl will be a great project that even your daughter can be involved with. I love to see kids getting interested in fish.

Welcome to FishForum Noahma,

I just started two 10 gallon tanks for my kids. I gave them each one male guppy of different strains. (now I have two quarantine tanks too). I raise Guppies so I'm partial to them. I hope you and your daughter enjoy the aquatic hobby.

Sometimes there's justice, sometimes there's just us!
