Hello, I'm new here and quite new to fish. I have a 60l tank and a while ago I bought 6 panda Cora Dora's. unfortunately 3 died quite soon after but the others have gone breeding mad! I now have 10 of various ages (judging by their sizes) my question is how many is a healthy community and what should I do if they continue breeding? I also have 2 mollies, 3(accidental) male guppies, 6 cardinal tetras, 1 small golden apple snail and 3 Amano shrimp.
Thanks
L

I would consider the number's of fish mentioned as a bit much for roughly fifteen U.S. gallon's.
Six is minimum group for corydora's, but with larger tank,,one could house more without worrying about the waste fouling the water as quickly as it does in smaller aquarium's.

Hello and welcome to the forum! :-D

You might have more luck with answers if you make a thread about it in the Catfish or Freshwater Aquarium sections or somewhere like that. Wish I could help!

OP might get a different answer, but number's of fish mentioned for roughly 15 gallon's won't change much. (shouldn't)

Hello!

Wow, new to fish and you have successfully had fry!!!!! That is great!

What size tank do you have?

I myself a few month's ago bought some panda's, 2 died off quite soon after getting them and the other lasted a couple months before dying. I do have 3 other types of cories and they are all fine. You must excuse me bc i have cory egg's right now and have been reading so much my head is spinning, but what i remember from before when i researched panda's is, they are a dwarf cory and much harder to keep then other's, i also think i read that they prefer cooler water's then most other cory's.

Cory's will eat their egg's and so will everything else, so what luck to have the babes!

hello and welcome.
i have albino corys breeding at the moment,i'm not fussed though
as they're eating the eggs as soon as they are laid.
