Yeah, they were - I'm from Maryland, quite a long way from there! Looks like that *might* be as close as you're gonna get!

. . .There HAVE to be some other Australian fish-keepers around, lol!

LOL! Hopefully they'll turn up!!!

I've only been doing this for a few months, but I've been reading EVERYTHING I can get my hands on! FASCINATING stuff. . .

How 'bout you? Do they have as bizarre and amazing (and probably deadly) fish in Australia as they do other critters?

I only know 1 person from Australia and 1 person who has been to Australia; however, it seems like I've seen quite a few posts from Aussies. As a matter of fact, I'd place them in the top three insofar as representation on the site is concerned. Stand up and be counted, Aussies !

yes haha we have all kinds of crazy things that will kill you down here, killer fish? haha not that i know of but its a big place! wouldnt suprise me to say the least, yeah ive only been in the hobby for a few months too but am loving it already got 3 tanks set up haha and am painting the stand for my 4th (i know i think ive got bitten by the fish tabk bug or something).... oh really fish monger?? i havent seen any but would like any of them TO COMMENT RIGHT HERE N SAY GDAY hahahha need more contacts!!

:) I think we're neck-in-neck! I started in February and am running 4-5 tanks, lol! It IS very addicting! But most of my tanks have been sprung from me fixing the mistakes I made before I knew any better. . . sooooo, whatcha got going on over there? If not insane killer Ausie fish. . . what? Tetra?! Ppppbbbbt!

Yeah right? Where have all the Aussies gone!??

haha very addictive indeed! haha im feeling it though my power bill has sky rocketed :/ but worth it lol what kind of mistakes do you mean?? thankfully i havent made too many mistakes as of yet, was a bonus my first 2 tanks were purchased from the same person and came with everything even the fish so got a head start lol
