Another Newbie to Fishkeeping !

Hello to all, I'm a total newbie to the whole fish thing, I thought having fish was easy and simple...then I was given a 25 gallon tank and BANG soooo much to learn. I'm loving it though and am currently decorating for a cichlid I'm being given ( adopting a 2 year old african cichlid ) . I will always have questions and am always open to new info. thanks a bunch!!!

i took the first pics yesterday, they are in my album ( tank looks a little boring still ) i'm getting more rocks and stuff today and the fish I " rescued " will be here this week. Thanks!! I posted some of the fish I'm getting, had trouble identifying it so I asked for help and found out if could be a female red peacock, very exciting!

hello and welcome.

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.
