Red face what other fish could i add?

I just started fish keeping, and i went to the store and got 3 tiger barbs. it's a 15 gallon tank and i'm just wondering what other fish could add that would get along with tiger barbs? -NoaDon12-

Welcome to the hobby. Unfortunately, the 15 gallon is not suitable for tiger barbs, and you would not be able to mix the ones you have with anything else. In that small space and in such few numbers, they will continually harass anything you put in the tank. Some have success with tigers in a 20, but IMO and E, a 29 is the minimum. I would return them and get 6 cherry barbs (3m/3f), a dwarf gourami and a few guppies (1m/2f). That would be a very active and colorful tank. The barbs and gourami will take care of any fry, so you aren't over run with guppies.

125 - BGK, chanchito cichlid, pictus cats, silver dollars, palmas bichir
125 - cichlids (severums, bolivian rams, chocolate), rainbows ( turquoise, red), loaches (angelicus, zebra, kuhli and horseface), plecos (BN, RL and clown), denison barbs, tiretrack eel, pearl gouramis, betta
90 - Congo tetras, african knife, upside down cats, spotted ctenopoma, kribensis, delhezzi bichir
2.5 - betta
