Thumbs down What Goldfish variety eggs did I hatch?

See my Profile Picture of last two Goldfish.

If the profile picture uploaded for me you can see my Goldfish hatched from held over eggs from my neighbors pond.

BACKGROUND:
I hatched 8 eggs in a 10 gallon tank of water taken from the pond mixed with emergent spring hole water. So with a few plants from the pond (all naturally grown). I also caught fry from her pond to release in my spring fed hole (which has a trickling run off meandering down through woods through cedar bog to wetlands). With permission of course!

All held over to spring. Kept the goldfish as didn't want to release where could get into native waters. In spring the non-goldfish were released into my spring hole after placing mesh at the trickle off release. I gave a tank to my sons family and a goldfish for each grandchild. The photo shows the last two I had at age 6.5 years ....now only one since I found out here the 10 isn't large enough for their health/growth.

THE ??? Since they stocked their huge natural pond (like farm pond but grown up) with a couple of different variety I don't know what variety I have. Can anyone tell me?

It's impossible to say what you have until they mature. The magic of genetics is that there are numerous traits a fish can have and not show, so even if you mate X and X you could still get a Z.

So how old will he/she get in my aqaurium? When to know they are mature as you put it. They started out with no color at all. The one I kept is part yellowish with orange cast to nose to gills and then over crest of back and where tail hits the flesh of body. I did not keep the one with black blotch on head.

In profile picture they are 6.5..... now it is 8.

It's hard to say, but once they start getting their color and shape and are no longer "brownies" you can start to figure out what you have. It will probably take 6 weeks or more depending on food and water conditions.
