Water changes on mini-tank

Hi,
If I'm running a mini-tank about 1.5 gallons with a filter, how often do I need to do water changes when the tank has cycled?

taking a break from fish-keeping.

neonk you can only add bettas or inverts

Yes, I plan to put some ghost shrimp in there, how about the water changes?

not very often with your circumstances mabey once every 3 weeks and take out the rocks rinse them and take out and replace 25 percent of the water
