Tnc plugs, substrate fertilizers

i would like to know if these are good fertilizers for my plants and if anyone else is using them ? i have a 200ltr tank and it is planted and is 14 days into its cycle it says on the packet to use 2 capsules per ft and they last for 6 months i would be great-full if someone would let me know if they are with the money but most of all if they work, ? it cost me £9.00 online to buy them for 20 capsules and i would appreciate if someone would tell me whats the best stuff to buy, when i setup the tank i put tetra complete substrate down first and covered it with Dorset pea gravel. thank you.
