Tank/habitat advice?

Currently, I have three otos, two African dwarf frogs (yes, I'm sure they're the dwarf frogs), and one male betta. How many gallons would you guys suggest if I were to put them all in one tank, and what kind of tank decorations should I give them? I currently have a 2-gallon tank and a 1-gallon aquarium/terranium thing, one of the multicolored caves in the 2-gallon and two plastic plants in the 1. Suggestions for aquariums that would easily fit in a dorm room would be especially lovely.

A 5 gallon tank would be good?

And just before you laid dead weight upon its shores, I stung you in the face for that's the nature of my core.

Eh, I'd lean more towards 10 gallons. Otos are very sensitive of water quality.
