"Stuck" with tiger barbs

So I have a 27 G tank and I started it with tiger barbs, and now I have 6. At this point I'm somewhat over the barbs and ready to move on to some new species. Unfortunately that means the barbs most likely have to go, yea? They dominate the tank and the only fish thats ever co-existed is the Rainbow shark.. which will eventually outgrow this tank...

Tiger barbs are still one of my favorites, but not good with long finned fish.
Maybe the fish store will take them off your hands. Where do live? You could offer them to a good home, in the classifieds.

i had four of them but recently, in the last two days, i have found two dead. one last night when i got home from work and one this morning when i woke up. i dont know what happen. all my parameters seem to be ok, i dont know if they were killed by the silver tip sharks or what.

i am also ready to move to a different species. i think i want to go with a community tank.

i think some stuff that wont kill each other.
