right now the stocking list for my 2 big tanks is as follows..
29g
7 red eye tetras
10 glowlight tetras
1 spotted cory (his buddies died off :( )
6 false julii cories
2 apistogrammas
8 apisto fry (1 - 1.5")
1 small golden mystery snail
and my 110g
3 green
Severum (soon to be 4... little guy is growing out in my 10g)
1
Common Pleco
10 tiger barbs
2
Blue Gourami (i know i know)
1 krib (was a rescue from a buddies tank)
1
Rainbow Shark
whats happening right now in my 29g is its WAY over stocked.. and ALL of the action (10 apistos and 7 cories) is on the bottom. my thinking was to sell (or give away) the 8 apisto fry, and take the 7 red eye tetras to the fish store because they are out competing almost everything for food.
then to keep the last 2 apistos happy would the cories be better off if I added 5 more spotted, and put all 6 of the spotted cories in my 110?
AND THEN would it be feasible to add something top dwelling to my 29? the mid dwelling glowlights would be the only real swimmers left in the tank and the top 2/3 of the tank is unoccupied!
