Stockin my 55g Hex tank

Ok I recently got a kex tank and i'm wonderin what else i should put in! Right now i have 2 Black Moors, 1 Male Swordtail, 2 Pictus Catfish, 1-3'' Bala Shark, and a tiny pleco. I had a tiny female Swordtail but i think the catfish ate her! :( But anyway any other suggesitions to add to my tank? Thx for reading!

I think you may do right to trade the Bala Shark for something. They have a reputation for prefering plenty of room to swim. The hex set up may crowd him a bit.

i would take out the Bala Shark and add some catfish. just my opinion

some cories would make a nice addition but that is my biased opinion

Y is everyone against the Balas? I know they get big but ill trade him off before he gets MONDO sized! lol

My bala sharks went from 2 inches to 7" in a years time.
They also do much better in groups, they can be shy and skittish kept alone.

Bala's need a lot of room to swim. 55 long would be good, 55 hex not so good.

Hmmm...How tall or wide is this 55g hex? If it is too tall, Goldfish are not even appropriate occupants there. If it was wide, that would be another story.
