Sick discus?

My red turquoise discus is hiding, not eating, itching, thin, dull red eyes (they r normally dark red), doesn't get excited to see me anymore, couple tears on his fins, and he twitches his head to the right sometimes. But he has his normal colors and will come out sometimes.
Everything is normal
Ammonia: 0
Nitrites: 0
Nitrates: 0
Ph: 6.7
Temp: 83*F
So what might he have?

2 out of 3 for internal protizoans. 40mg/gallon metronidazole, 50% water change daily & redose. Bring the temperature up to 88-90F, on the 3rd day feed frozen brine shrimp with a little metro sprinkled on. Continue for 10-14 days.

What size tank s the fish in, and what do you have for tankmates?

He is is in a 29 heavily planted tank he has been in it for 6months and was doing great. Tankmates are another discus which is healthy, bloodfin tetras, copper rasboras, corys, albino bushy nose plecs, and a pair of Bolivian rams. Could I use prazi pro instead of metronidazole cus i dont think tht my lfs sells it?

Make sure the other discus isn't getting aggressive, this is always a possibility unless they're a breeding pair, at times even pairs get snarky with each other. If you shop sells Prime they should have or be able to get Metroplex, Seachem's label for Metronidazole.
