Set up my 90 gal upgrade! Question about lighting...

Finally set up my 90 gallon which was long overdue. Sadly in the process of the move I lost 3 of my 5-6 inch roseline sharks :( I hear they are sensitive fish... I picked up 3 new ones that are only about 2 inches but hopefully they'll grow quicky...

Anyway right now I have only a 24 inch Fluval led light and am hoping to upgrade to a 48 inch light. I am not looking to spend a lot of money right now but I have pretty much narrowed it down to 2 lights that are on Amazon. One is the finnex stingray and the other is this light made by a company called Koval, both are $69. Both have really good reviews. One thing I noticed is the koval light has 3 rows of leds while the finnex only has one. However my main concern would be since my tank is 24 inches tall I want a light that is going to give enough light output to reach the bottom. Does anybody know anything about these two lights and which one may be brighter? Thanks. Here are the links below.
