Serpae tetra has an injured fin?

Today, I brought two serpae tetras and a blind cave tetra home. I'm getting more serpaes next week as I didn't want to shock the system. However, it seems as though one of the serpaes has an injured left fin. He's only using his right one to swim, resulting in difficulty swimming and flopping over on the bottom of the tank. Can this be fixed? I feel horrible watching him struggle..

i can not really tell you if it will heal totally. the best thing for him is clean water.you do not want a secondary infection coming on.
