Rosy Reds?

So I recently bought some Rosy reds for the turtle tank I just set up. I get my turtle this weekend so I was just inspecting the tank when I saw one fish that didn't look like the others. It was a different pattern plus it's fins are long and frilly. Is this a feeder fish to? could it have gotten mixed up? I'm just curious
