Question on stocking my 20L and 37 tanks..

I have freed up a 20gal long and wanted to rearrange my fish some. I was given a juvie angelfish so I know I do want to move my cardinals to the 20L.. Just not sure how to split everyone else up.

Here's what I currently have:

11 cardinal tetras
1 juvie angel
1 Bolivian ram
1 albino BN pleco
2 marbled hatchets
3 silver hatchets
6 rosy tetras (plan on upping this to like 9)

I was thinking of keeping the ram, cardinals, and perhaps a full school of like 7-9 marbled hatchets in the 20L. In the 37, I was going to keep the angel, the rosy tetras, maybe a school of silver hatchets and then the pleco? Will I be overstocked with either of these options?

I can keep all the hatchets just in one tank if needed.. I will up the numbers either way. Just, if they should all go in the 20L I'll get the smaller, marbled hatchets.. But I'll go with the silver hatchets in the larger tank. It'd be nice to keep them in both tanks if possible though.

Both tanks are planted, but there are more plants in the 20L..

+ Planted 75 Gallon Amazonian Tank +

Cardinal Tetras -- Rosy Tetras
Ember Tetras -- Silver Hatchetfish
Diptail Pencilfish -- Cories
Bristlenose Pleco
Lyretail Checkerboard Cichlids

Hello, the angel will outgrow a 37 gallon tank eventually. Any plans for an upgrade?
I would put the cardinals and rosy tetras in the 20L. Maybe get some small cories here.
Put the angel, ram, pleco, and hatchets in the 37. Maybe get the ram a girlfriend or BF.

I won't be able to upgrade.. I know a 36"+ long tank is good for a pair, I thought a 30" would be ok for a single angel.. Obviously not ideal, if I could I would have a school in a 55+ gal tank.

I will definitely consider your suggestion. I was hoping to keep a school with the angel, which is why I got some rosy tetras.. I read they're big enough to avoid being eaten and don't typically nip the fins of an angel.

My least favourite fish, by the way, is the pleco.. So if it needs to be rehomed I am ok with that. I would still prefer to keep it.

I'm also not really interested in cories.. I love their character, but I have the worst luck with them. They seem to enjoy committing fishy suicide by way of my filter, regardless of which type of filter I get.... I'm sure I could really work to cory proof the tank, but I'd rather just leave someone else to enjoy them lol.
Also, the 20L has floramax substrate. Not good for cories. The 37gal is sand though.
