Please id this Pleco...

Several months ago this guy was given to me by someone on craigslist with some tiger barbs. He lives in my 44 gallon and is doing wonderfully but i am curious to what kind he is. I had him in a 20 gallon long tank the lady I got him from had him in a 10 I recently moved him about a month ago to the 44 gallon. He is about 5 inches long. Any way here is his picture:

Kindest Regards,
Amanda

Keeping fish its not a hobby it is a passion!

55 gallon, 44 gallon, one 20 gallon tank, three 10 gallon tanks, and a 2.5 gallon all with real plants.

I have MTS and there is no cure.

I found some pics and it really look a lot like a bulldog/ rubbernose pleco..google images of those and see if it really looks like one. If not hopefully a guru will help you.

That is what I thought but I am just getting familiar with the Pleco's and don't know a lot about them, yet. Cute little fish though. So hard to say because in the picture he is obviously still nervous and he isn't laying comfortably with his/her fins spread out. Tail is all tucked also.
