How old are yours and what kinds? Difficult task!
They used breed like there is no tomorrow in the pond in the spring. How many survives depended on what kind of vegetation I provided in the pond.
Goldfish pretty much scater their eggs with many males fertilizing thus no need for them be sexed and isolated.
If tank is big enough and have few, it will just happen (better with stimuli). You wont miss it since tank water will be very very cloudy. YOu should remove parents/adults to other tank and keep the tank with eggs all over imaculately clean. Be careful not to suck out the egg so NO vacuuming after spawning for a while.
