I haven't even see those products before lol but if the liquid CO2 is like Excel I personally wouldn't use it. The main chemical is an cleaning agent used in hospital! Its some wicked stuff for sure! Some plants will melt from it.

You can make your own CO2 kit. I have a small one on my 75 gallon and everything is doing excellently!
