Lightbulb Personable Fish? ~ Help me stock!!

Hi, everyone! I am looking for some help stocking! I am in search of personable fish such as fire eels. The tank I have is 75 gallons (4ft x 2ft x 1.5ft). I really like larger fish but I do not want an Oscar. I am thinking about doing Goldie's but can't decide.

I want a fish that I can hand-feed and will be active!! An upgrade is possible & I will be running two Emperor 400s on this tank.

Cichlids are the most personable fish IMO. If you want a fish that is so personable that it wants to kill you, then you could grow out a dovii (wolf cichlid) and upgrade. An oddball suggestion would be an African knife fish. Could probably do both the knife and some less aggressive SA cichlids.

125 - BGK, chanchito cichlid, pictus cats, silver dollars, palmas bichir
125 - cichlids (severums, bolivian rams, chocolate), rainbows ( turquoise, red), loaches (angelicus, zebra, kuhli and horseface), plecos (BN, RL and clown), denison barbs, tiretrack eel, pearl gouramis, betta
90 - Congo tetras, african knife, upside down cats, spotted ctenopoma, kribensis, delhezzi bichir
2.5 - betta

I'm thinking about doing goldies pretty seriously. I have the PERFECT 'scape in mind.

My pH is too high for knives. /: Otherwise I'd have a BGK. And I don't want to get eaten. o.O
