Both are common pleco's in my opinion.

The most important medication in your fish medicine cabinet is.. Clean water.

Bleh.. I was kinda leaning towards that, I got one more that like to stay in his fake log. I'll try and get a pic of him later.

No definitely not a gibbiceps the central ridge shape is not strong enough. I stand by liposarcus.
