Smile New to Fish Forum!

Hello, all. My name is Charlie and I am new to Fish Forum.

I am fifteen years of age and have been in the fish hobby for five and a half years now. Atop of my dreams of becoming a Graphic Artist and publishing a book of poetry, I would like to open a freshwater fish shop here in this little town of Saint Petersburg, Florida. I know a good share about freshwater fish, and I would like to breed the fish I sell in my shop to ensure quality, healthy fish. I've bred a sum of about twenty different types of freshwater fish successfully. I would like to breed so many more and keep learning about fish. Who wouldn't want to have a job and a hobby combined, especially one they love!? I look forward to sharing information with you all and learning from you as well.

Thanks much,
Charlie Echols

Hi Charlie, welcome to the forum! What tanks do you currently have set up now and what fish are you housing? Got any pics to share? We love pics.

I have eighteen various tanks withfish ranging from Bettas to Oscars to Red Belly Pacus.

I have no photos at the moment, but I'll be recieving a new camera for Christmas, as well as moving in with my father. It'll be a while before my main tank gets put back together, though. It's a 55 Gallon Long housing an Albino Tiger Oscar, a Clown Ghost Knife and a Red Belly Pacu. They're my babies but my Oscar saw his reflection and the heater, thermometer and light exploded as he fought it and he busted the filter intake as well as my DIY current outtake. The tank busted into a million pieces because he got my RBP and CGK excited and they all went on a rampage. When I move in with my father, I'll be selling my 32 custom and stand and my 10 gallon and stand and giving their inhabitants away to either my local pet shop, selling them locally or giving them up on craigslist.

Just for the record, I am a girl. My real name is Charlene.
