That'd be a very busy tank.. I wouldny suggest it. I have a 28 gal with 11 rummys and 7 harlequin rasboras (and some corys and a gourami) and that's really all the schooling fish I'd be able to stand.. my tank is already quite busy. I had three schools of fish at one point and it just looked like a mess. I'd suggest only going with one or two groups of schools, unless you're getting something like corys for the bottom or hatchetfish for the top..
Also, rummys need very soft water which is not compatible with swords or guppies. I would also suggest cardinals instead of neons because they are usually much healthier and hardier. I want to say I even had rummys, neons, and danios at the same time and it was just crazy swimming all over lol.
You should also start by increasing your rummys to at least 9, these fish to best in larger groups, even larger than most other tetras and other schoolers do.
If I could redo it, I'd probably go with a larger group of rummys and something like hatchetfish instead of my rasboras.. even though I absolutely love my rasboras so I will not be giving them away.
