My new red bellies

I just got done red belly piranhas for my 75 gallon tank. Is there any reason why one our two are just layibg on their side at the botton of my tank?

What are your parameters?

One might be attacking the other, I've heard they're very terratorial. Does he have any physical marks? Is he gasping? And EBJD is right, what are your parameters?
