My juvenile African Clawed Frog made a break for it at cleaning....

As I was cleaning my ACFs tank today my frog made a break for it. He fell a good two feel and was out of the water for at least 15 minutes as I tried to get my arm under my nightstand to catch him. I was just curious if he was going to be okay. He's acting normal so I'm not too worried but I just need reasurance. He's been a full frog for about four months now and is three and a half inches in size from head to toe when stretched out. I hope he'll be okay.

My newphew had one that managed to escape 3 times. Once he was out for about 1/2 hour or so (best guess) with no sign of trauma afterwards.

Yes, they are. I was just worried. He's all I have right now. I also noticed him last night (this is a DARK brown and spotted frog) and he was silver; almost completely white. When I turned on the light and touched him he slowly colored up. Is this something I should be worrying about?

I wouldn't worry yet. He was probably just stressed out from the jump. Just keep an eye on him and post another message if he doesn't come around.
