I just purchased an Albino
Oscar, about a week ago. She was 1 1/2 inches long, TOPS.
She is now 4 inches long, and just ate her first live food. All of this is beside the point.
The question I had was what to identify her as. She was purchased as an Albino Tiger.
She has black-ish/grey on her pectorals and dorsal as well as her tail. I have no idea what
to classify her as because she's white, orange and grey/black.
Still classified as an albino tiger or is she classified as other?
Silly question, but I'm curious.
Also, I have a ghost shrimp that was originally bought as a feeder along with 7 others and put in the 1 gallon we use as a holder for feeders. He just finished killing off the last shrimp and when we put our small feeders in the tank, he almost killed two of them immediately, so we took him out and put him in the tank with my
Oscar and my 8-inch pleco. I'm really worred he's going to go after my 4-inch
Oscar while she's sleeping and hurt her. He bit the heads, literally, off the other shrimp. Will she be okay? I'm thinking about just killing him and feeding him to her.
