Julii cory food

What should I feed them? like specific products. I know bloodworms but Id rather not get another tank solely(?) eating them. Would just flakes work?

Mine eat sinking shrimp pellets, algae wafers and assorted frozen foods. The pellets and sinking wafers are their staple diet with frozen foods fed a couple times a week. They'll also clean up any extra other food (such as flake) which drops to the bottom.

150 Gallon - Mostly American Cichlids
135 Gallon - Angelfish Community
75 Gallon - Odd couple (Polleni/Angelfish)
55 Gallon - African tank
20 Gallon Long - QT
10 Gallon - Empty

I give all my cories sinking pellets and they love them.. I try to drop them in about 10-15 mins before lights out. One of my female cories would lay on top of a few to hide them from the others, she likes them so much..

They finally started eating the algae wafer. After the betta played in it for hours they started eating it.
