Jebo heater help!?

Just bought a 300 watt jebo submersible heater. Put it in my fish tank and it has filled with water. Just wondering if this is normal? Help!

That does not sound good!! Never herd of a sealed heater unit made to have water inside. I would no feel comfortable plugging it in in that condition. The seal may be bad or you may have a crack in it.Make sure the outlet you are using is G.F.I protected.
